Developing Performance Metrics/ Governance at the Ministry of Communications
The client struggled with a wide range of issues ranging from erosion of original fixed line base to substantial over-staffing and lack of skill development. The client asked for help with measuring the performance and developing the appropriate governance model.
Impact: Full program management governance model were developed to serve as the standard guide for establishing programs within the ministry.
