Large Scale Project Mgmt./ PMO and Business Transformation
Setting-up a group wide strategic PMO to coordinate and govern the implementation of a set of strategic projects across 22 different country operations for a major Middle Eastern and African mobile operator. Leading several organizational transformation activities and organized multiple senior leadership workshops with the top 450+ leaders to implement a new working model between the group and the country operations, to coordinate implementation activities, conduct target refinements and to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Impact: New working model between group and operations agreed and ownership and responsibilities between the different parties clarified and accepted. Monthly ongoing monitoring against EBITDA targets established and significant traction against target achievements realized.
