Developed a comprehensive outsourcing model for a 4 billion USD revenue global chemical manufacturer facing a steep cost increase and provider inflexibility with their existing provider.
Impact: Tolls and frameworks were provided, enabling client to decide on which services to outsource and which to keep in-house. RfP were developed for outsourced services and bidding process were conducted, including development of evaluation matrix.
