Business & IT Transformation at the Ministry of Oil
The Ministry of Oil has embarked on its modernization efforts in order to improve its business functions and to introduce international best practices. The first phase includes the ministry HQ and three key Oil companies and focuses on key functions such as finance, human resources, plant & asset management.
We supported the client in this transformation by identify its business requirements, outlining the supporting it solution, drafting the RfP document, managing the tender process, setting-up the project organization (incl. runing of the Program Management Office) and continues capability building.
During our support we helped the client to clearly specify its business requirements, to select the suitable IT solution and to contract with a system integrator for implementation. We ensured establishment of the project organization and the required capability build-up for implementation.
